Terms & Conditions — 111sx Platform

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 111sx ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 111sx website, mobile platform, gaming products, payment services, and all associated features and content.

By accessing the 111sx platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any gaming activity offered by 111sx, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 111sx platform.

These Terms apply to all players accessing 111sx from Pakistan, including but not limited to players located in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and all other cities and regions across the country.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register an account with 111sx and participate in any gaming activity on the platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. 111sx operates as an adults-only platform and strictly prohibits the registration or participation of any individual under the age of 21.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 111sx or any recognised responsible gaming body.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and valid contact details.
• You must not already hold an existing active account with 111sx. Each individual player is permitted one account only.

111sx reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.

3. Account Management

Each registered player is solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their 111sx account credentials, including their username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or permit any other individual to access your account. 111sx will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Players are required to keep their personal account information current and accurate at all times. Any changes to your name, address, contact details, or payment methods must be updated promptly via the account settings section or by contacting 111sx support. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension.

111sx reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, breach of these Terms, or where required to do so to comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 111sx platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 111sx accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits are processed promptly upon receipt and confirmation by the relevant payment provider. 111sx does not impose fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which 111sx accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the 111sx account holder.
• Players must have completed identity verification before any withdrawal request is processed.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of the platform.
• Bonus funds that have not yet satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
• 111sx reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large or unusual transaction amounts.
• Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any verification procedures.

Players must not use the 111sx platform for any purpose related to money laundering, financial fraud, or any other illegal financial activity. 111sx complies with applicable anti-money laundering standards and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

111sx offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time of the offer. The general bonus rules set out below apply unless specific promotion terms state otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used in conjunction with other offers unless expressly stated.
• 111sx reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or other manipulative practices — will have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited, and their account may be permanently closed.

• Bonus offers are void where prohibited and are subject to change based on a player's location or account status.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

By participating in any game on 111sx, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are available for slot titles within the game library. Live casino games are conducted by trained human dealers in real time and are subject to the rules applicable to each specific table game variant.

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Prohibited Activities

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.

• Selling, transferring, or attempting to transfer your 111sx account or account balance to another individual.

• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour toward 111sx staff or other players.

9. Intellectual Property

All content available on the 111sx platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, user interface design, text, logos, trademarks, and data, is the exclusive intellectual property of 111sx or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the 111sx platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any 111sx content without the express prior written consent of 111sx.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 111sx shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or technical failures.

111sx does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or secure from unauthorised intrusion. While 111sx takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and security, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

The 111sx platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Players use the platform entirely at their own risk. Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Amendments to These Terms

111sx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 111sx will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered email address or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 111sx platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request the closure of your account by contacting the 111sx support team.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 111sx holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 111sx platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the 111sx support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable time, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing jurisdiction. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
